How to update your card details on TrustedHousesitters

Need to update the card details associated with your TrustedHousesitters account? No problem, it’s quick and easy to do, and you can do it either on the website or by using the app.

Updating your bank details on the website

1. Log in to your TrustedHousesitters account using your email address and password
2. Click on your name in the top right corner
3. Select ‘Settings’ from the drop down menu
4. On the left hand side, click on ‘Membership’
5. Click on ‘Update card details’
6. Click on the ‘Change card’ button and enter your new card details
7. Press ‘Update Details’ to save your changes

Updating your bank details using the app

1. Log in to the app using your email address and password
2. Click on ‘Me’ in the bottom right corner
3. Tap ‘Settings’ on the menu and select ‘My membership’
4. Click ‘Manage my membership’ then ‘Update card details’
5. Click on the ‘Change card’ button and enter your new card details
6. Press ‘Update Details’ to save your changes

That’s it – once you’ve clicked ‘Update Details’ your new bank details will be updated and saved to your TrustedHousesitters account.
