4 bedroom house with 2 1/2 bathrooms. Bedrooms are upstairs. Small fenced in backyard. Detached garage. Walking distance on sidewalks to village of Chagrin Falls.

My dogs are fed twice a day and walked usually once. No medications. 2 small plants to be watered once a week. Pretty easy! Bring in mail, water a couple of plants, put trash cans out once a week.
