I've known Kristen for 23 years. She was my supervisor when I worked as an undergraduate intern at DePaul University. Not only is Kristen one of my closest friends, but she also is a friend to my dog, Sweets. Sweets lives up to her name, she REALLY likes human beings. However, there are only a few people who I would trust to care for her, and Kristen is one of them. Kristen house and dog sat for me in 2021. Kristen followed Sweets’ regiment, played with her and made sure she knew she was loved. Kristen treats Sweets the way I do – as though she were her own.
