Carrie and Jody took care of our property for five months last year. Our property was a 40 acre ranch with a house and warehouse. They took care of the entire property meticulously, mowing the yard, maintaining over a mile of walking trails, watching pets as needed, meeting with contractors, handling repairs - It was truly a blessing to have them live onsite and care for the property. They kept us up to date regularly and sent pictures. The property was for sale and they got it ready for showings, connected with realtors and were available for all the inspectons. We could have never handled this without Carrie and Jody. I would not hesitate to use them again at any time in the future!
