Before we signed up for TH, we met Heidi through a neighbor’s dog. We were in need of a quick connection for a cat sitter, as we had just moved to California and were taking our first weekend away from our new home. Heidi volunteered to help us out even though she had a very busy schedule on those dates and would have to juggle things and do a bit of a commute to get to our place. We (and our cat Hoshi) were so lucky to meet her, as she is a wonderful, kind human with a smile that lights up the whole neighborhood. Heidi texted us regularly with updates on how Hoshi was doing. She followed all of our requests in how to care for Hoshi, and left the house immaculate (she took it upon herself to clean the floor and do other assorted things that made the house feel even homier when we returned). We felt really secure knowing the house and Hoshi were in loving hands. Heidi told us about TH and spoke so positively about the service that we immediately checked it out and joined. We haven’t had time to complete our profile yet, but you can be sure that we are going to ask for Heidi again when it is time for our next getaway this summer!
