We started looking for house sitters a year in advance: James and Clare were the first to answer and the ones that convinced us more than all the others. We were not wrong. We followed keeping in contact through Skype, waiting the time of our holidays. We had planned to stay away 2 months and half and for the first time we'd have left home our 2 dogs and 1 cat: we felt really worried about that, so we wanted to be sure to let them in good hands. James and Clare arrived some days before our departure to introduce them to the pets and sharing informations. Our animals liked them from the beginning and we felt soon secure after meeting them. During our holidays they sent us pictures and news about life at home regularly and they could manage some issues regarding our car and fixing problems in the house by themselves, thanks to their experience.
