Knowing Ilze all her life, I can say with confidence that she is a person of trust and stability. For the past ten years she has filled a position of childminder/household assistant with great care. In a nutshell, Ilze is a highly qualified candidate because of her impeccable sense of responsibility and loyalty. She has proven over and over that she is a hardworking and detail oriented person who does not become intimidated by challenges and hardships. On top of that, Ilze is a true altruist. While humble, she has a mentality to create an order from chaos and possesses enormous capacity to care for others.
