I had the pleasure of working with Sofia at an equine-assisted therapy center for about two years, where we collaborated on horse-riding summer camps and therapy classes throughout the year. She initially joined the center as a volunteer but quickly moved up to a monitor role and later became a director’s assistant. As a professional teacher, she’s amazing with kids, always keeping things organized and running smoothly. She pays close attention to detail and has a real talent for making sure everything is under control while still creating a warm and supportive environment. One of the things I admire most about Sofia is her compassionate and respectful approach to working with horses. Despite not having prior horse-riding experience, she quickly developed a natural connection with them, showing incredible dedication and responsibility. She was always eager to help, whether in the stables or during outdoor practice, making sure the horses were well cared for and comfortable. Sofia worked with a variety of riders, including children with disabilities, always approaching each individual with patience, kindness, and professionalism. Her ability to create a safe and encouraging space for both animals and people is truly special. I highly recommend Sofia to anyone looking for a responsible, caring, and dedicated individual.
