She cares about animals in a way which she understands them because of the experience and the knowledge she has, I personally experienced that when I worked with Joud in an animals shelter, I saw how organise she was, and how she looked after the animals and know all of them with their different personalities and what they like. As a result of that she makes the animals comfortable and she knows how to deal with them, and I really recommend her
