I have known Hans for a few years and the first thing that jumps into my mind about his personality is his calmness and his attention. He is a patient and very reliable guy, but first and foremost, he is very reassuring. Without knowing him, animals do very naturally approach him with confidence for a stroke or two. I myself have a cat and it cost me dearly to leave him in the care of somebody else, almost impossible to do that without anxiety. But if I knew Hans was the one to take care of my cat, I wouldn't have any anxiety at all, because I know you can trust Hans for one hundred percent and leave your pets without any concerns in his care.
