I've known Riley for over 4 years, and we've been dating for three of them. They are a very cheerful and energetic person. They care a lot about others and are always willing to help them out. Riley is very organized and thorough. They make notes and charts about all kinds of things, from finance and work to games and relaxation, so they're always prepared for anything. They're great at sticking to schedules and plans, but can also adapt very well to unforeseen situations. They are very good at communicating. They will do their best to make things clear, and will always go through with what is agreed upon. Even if things go wrong, they're very open about it in order to improve and learn from mistakes. Riley is very good at taking care of things. Their room is full of plants, and I've never seen anyone look after their houseplants with such love. They make sure they always have the water they need, they clean them, change their pots and dirt when they need to, they even have bowls and containers for the water that the plants let out. Riley also has a cat and a dog, and they take very good care of them. They're very patient and constantly talking to them and making sure they feel ok. Their dog (a boxer) is uncomfortable with closed doors, and they're always willing to accommodate her. They also go on walks with her everyday and make sure she gets as much activity as she needs. Their cat lives in their room, and she loves being around them. She's very shy with people, so they make sure she's given her space. They play with her, clean after her, give her lots of pets when she wants them. They even installed a platform so she could look out the window safely. I think Riley would be a wonderful person for the job. They're responsible, caring, passionate, well-organized and very respectful. I couldn't think of anyone better.
