Mark was an amazing, patient and gentle caregiver for my (then 21 year old!) bossy/crabby cat. She is a difficult handful, but still my baby and so I was nervous about leaving her with a stranger. However, my friend's high esteem for and good reference of Mark, in addition to his and my first meeting, completely allayed my fears.
