Deirdre & Reddall looked after Gerry’s pets & home

We first met Deirdre and Reddall in 2018 when we looked after their beautiful boy Fergus for the first time. They have been members of THS as owners for several years and have recently registered as sitters. They are well versed in the THS ethos and I can’t think of a couple more suited to be housesitters than Deirdre and Reddall. Deirdre and Reddall own a beautiful property in Orange, NSW with an extensive garden and grounds and have always had animals in their lives. As well as their own menagerie of dogs, cats, chooks, alpacas and the occasional horse, they also cared for their friend’s and neighbour’s animals and pets from time to time. As long standing property owners, they understand what’s involved in running and maintaining a home and are experienced in managing the sort of issues that may arise while you’re away. Since our first meeting we have become firm friends and completed multiple sits for Deirdre and Reddall. On one occasion we learnt they were visiting Sydney and, as they needed accommodation, suggested they stay in our home and look after our two cats, which worked out perfectly for both of us. Deirdre and Reddall are a charming couple, professional, responsible, reliable and trustworthy. We highly recommend them as owners, and now, sitters, and would love to have them care for our two boys again should the opportunity arise.
