I've known Josh for many years. We met while working together before he had even turned 18 years old. I was very surprised as to how reliable, professional and hard working he was. Even though I was his boss, I actually allowed him to tell me what to do occasionally. I completely trusted his judgement when it came to doing what needed to be done to get our job completed quickly and efficiently. He takes direction very well and learns quickly. On top of that, he is a great teacher. He is able to give step by step instructions to someone in a way that allows them to learn quickly and he does so with great patience. Over the years, I've seen him own a couple of different dogs and from what I've seen, he is very caring and attentive with those animals. Whenever possible, he would take them with him when he would go somewhere. He didn't like leaving them at home if he could help it. I can't speak for house sitting experience but in the places that I have seen him living, everything is always very clean and organized.
