Thomas was a referral from a friend and house/cat sat for me for 10 days when I was out of town. Thomas came over to my place to meet my cat, Beans, before I left to the airport. He was immediately comfortable with Beans and I could tell Beans was calm in his presence, which put me at ease. While away, Thomas was a great communicator. He'd text photos nearly every day, shared detail of Beans' daily antics and eating habits - always reassuring when you're away. When I returned, the house was tidy, Thomas ran a load of washing, the kitchen was spotless and most importantly, Beans was in a great mood. I found Thomas reliable, caring, conscientious and very responsive - I'd highly recommend and I'm happy to talk on the phone.
