My experience

10+ years

I have always had animals in my life. As a farm kid this included sheep, orphan lambs, cows/calves, cats, a fox terrier, and a finch. I remember lambing my first ewe before I was 10 because my hand was just the right size! As an adult

Linda is one of our awesome volunteers of our children's programs. Linda is extremely reliable, conscientious and professional. She has developed friendly relationships with all our families in a short period of time. Linda would often agree to do additional volunteer work around her usual role. At all times, her pet sitting responsibilities would come first, making sure any walking, feeding or similar was kept to schedule. I would have no hesitation in recommending Linda for a house or pet sitting role.

Why I want to house sit

I’m a Charles Darwin uni student on final placements of six months duration each. I couldn’t sign a 12 month contract with work so I thought I’d hit the road to finish the degree this way and get lots of animal experience as I go to
