Denise was the longest tenet I ever had at a condominium I owned for almost 30 years. The rent was received like clockwork every month for 11 years. When I sold the condo Denise was kind enough to allow my agent to show the place before she moved out. The place was clean to the degree that I was able to sell it as is without even having to travel down there which was over 500 miles. You will be hard-pressed to find a better tenant.
