I've known Elaine for decades. We raised our children together. I have often been to her home and observed that she is a conscientious mother and pet owner. When her cats needed care, she never delayed vet visits and always followed their advice. As both a renter and home owner, she has taken great care of her home. She is a wonderful gardener, keeping even the outside of her residence beautiful. She is prompt, detail-oriented, honest and her resourcefulness is not affected by being in a new environment.
