Tenant / House Sitting Reference : Keith & Julia Hutchinson Keith and Julia Hutchinson, a mature couple, have been renting the upstairs garden flat on our property since their relocation to Ireland in June 2020. This long lasting lease agreement is built and maintained on a relationship of mutual trust and respect. The couple is amiable, quiet, congenial, kind and considerate, responsible, reliable, dependable and punctual with rent and electricity payments. They are prepared to assist when extra hands are required on our various home and gardening projects. Keith is a composer and Julia is a designer and they have been working quietly in the flat on their respective creative endeavours since arriving. They are both in good health and are non-smokers. They keep the flat spotlessly clean and tidy and mind our home, water plants and take loving care of our pets when we are at work, away at weekends, or away on holiday and keep us informed of any incidents or unforeseen events. I can highly recommend this compassionate and caring couple for house sitting assignments, or rental tenancies.
