Bertrand & Solange looked after Peter’s pets & home

Bertrand, and his lovely wife Caroline provided house and pet sitting to our two dogs while we were away last December. It was to be our first trip to Budapest and Austria. While en route to Budapest my partner badly injured his foot which unfortunately left us with no other choice but to cancel the bulk of our trip. We felt absolutely terrible when we text Bertrand the news of this unfortunate event. We knew we had to go back home after seeing a physician, and we were uneasy about having to break the news. The couple had only recently traveled from France to care for our animals in Greece. We felt horrible about the unforeseen situation, but the two of them were extremely empathetic and did not question our situation for an instant. On the contrary, they were completely understanding of our predicament and immediately put us at ease with their quick response and caring words. In addition, they took excellent care of our home leaving our apartment impeccably clean and our pets cared for. They were timely in their arrival to our place, very reliable, and very pleasant to talk to and coordinate logistics with. Without question, hesitation, or reservation, I would recommend both Bertrand and Caroline full heartedly.
