I have known Diane for 25 years and can tell you she is an honest, hardworking lady who will care for anyone's home as if it were here own, and though not the most tidy person will maintain a good level of cleanliness and will give any pets a very high level of love and attention as if they were her own children (animals including dogs, cats, hamsters, chickens, etc).
