It’s a win-win situation. Sitters exchange their love and care for a stay in your home and the chance to make new furry friends. While pet parents can travel with peace of mind, knowing their pets are loved and cared for.

Our sitters love all kinds of homes and locations. For them, it’s less about grand accommodation and more about staying in real homes and living like a local.

They prefer cosy homes where they can embed themselves in the local community, spend time with adorable pets and make special travel memories.

So as long as your home is clean, tidy and welcoming, our sitters would love to stay.

The first thing to do is to register for free. Once you’re registered, you can explore our platform and decide which membership plan is right for you. We offer three annual memberships – Basic, Standard and Premium.

After you’ve chosen and paid for your membership, you can create your listing. This is your chance to describe your home and pets, and add the dates you’ll be away.

As soon as your listing is live, pet sitters can apply. You can browse their applications and shortlist the ones you think are right. You also have the option to invite sitters directly.

We recommend meeting face-to-face or via video call before confirming the sit to make sure it’s a good match for your home and pets.

Most pet parents confirm a sitter within a day. But this can vary depending on your location and the level of detail you’ve shared in your listing.

For extra peace of mind, our Standard and Premium Pet Parent memberships include a Money Back Promise. Which means if you don’t find a sitter within 14 days, we’ll refund you.

Our Home and Contents Plan covers you for up to $1 million against property damage, theft and sitter accidents. This is included in our Standard and Premium Pet Parent memberships.

Premium Pet Parent members also benefit from our Sit Cancellation Plan that protects you in case your sitter cancels.

And lastly, our Standard and Premium Pet Parent memberships include a Money Back Promise. Which means if you don’t find a sitter within 14 days, we’ll refund you.
