I know Thomas through the world of travel blogging. I asked if he might be interested in a housesitting gig while he were in Europe. He stayed just over two weeks, looking after our dog - who is afraid of most people (Thomas won her over), keeping the garden from drying out, and looking after the house. He even cut the lawn, made sure the garbage went out, and kept the indoor plants from dying. Thomas is a lovely human - friendly, caring, empathetic and as far as I can tell, very organized. I'd highly recommend him as a house sitter - and he's great with dogs.
