Ana cared for our cat, Ro, for two weeks while we enjoyed a skiing holiday. Throughout our time away, Ana not only kept us updated with amusing pictures of our cat but also fostered a friendship with our elderly neighbours. Upon our return, Ro was content and flourishing, and our home greeted us with the same warmth and order we left behind.
