I worked closely with Andy for 3 years and can vouch for a very honest character with a good sense of organisation and cleanliness. He would take great care and be responsible of any property that he would be living in and he could be relied upon to ensure that the place was looked after and kept clean and tidy. I have seen him looking after the pet (dog) of a friend and he was very caring and responsible. I would struggle to find any criticism of him and would gladly entrust my property and my pets to his care. Andy is also a very hard worker and capable in DIY and as such is able to do home repairs in the event that anything should be required although I would point out that in this area he is not a professional. All in all, Andy is a great guy.
