To whom it may concern Melanie Stampf and her husband Toby came to volunteer work at Chateau St Victor la Coste - a huge renovation project under the workaway scheme and it was so successful that they came back the following year. Melanie is certainly hard working and has an intelligent and cheerful approach to evry thing that she does. She helped me tremendously with cleaning rental cottages , organising the laundry , gardening anf even repointing walls ! All with a smile and positive attitude. the last time they were with us in 2021 ( before Covid ) they painted extensively and diligently , repairing walls and wooden frames , replastering where necessary and making a very professional job of our bathroom which has 5m high ceilings. I cannot recommend Melanie more highly. She always sees the best in life and is a pleasure to have around. Her help was invaluable. I trust her completely and feel confidant in her abilities Whoever employs her will have a gem and value her input. We were so happy with their diligence, honesty and quality of work we engaged them on another project in Ste Maxime painting and repairing another house without us overseeing as we knew they would do a fantastic job.
