They also communication well in the lead up to, and during their stay, providing regular updates on Kiki's well-being and promptly addressing any concerns we had. In terms of pet care, Vivienne and Graham were outstanding. Kiki took an instant liking to them, and they reciprocated with kindness and attention. They followed our instructions diligently, ensuring Kiki's feeding, exercise, and medication needs were met. Their dedication and affection towards her were evident, and my husband and I were grateful for their responsible approach. Vivienne and Graham were recommended to us after their previous experience house sitting for a friend in London, where they looked after our friend’s greyhound named Skye.
