I met Parnell and Carolina in 2020 during Covid lockdown patrol in Shark Bay, WA, where I worked as the local Sargent. They had such a warm and friendly energy that my wife, Christine, and I quickly became close friends with them. When we planned a holiday in Perth, we didn’t hesitate to ask them to house-sit for a week and care for our Kelpie, Koko, who has anxiety due to past abuse. Carolina and Parnell were incredibly patient and gentle with him, making sure he felt safe and loved. They left our house in great condition—Parnell even went the extra mile by mowing the lawn and securing things in the yard during a windstorm that swept through and caused a lot of dirt. Carolina and Parnell even came to housesit our house in Bunbury a few times throughout the year. We couldn’t recommend them more highly!
