Dog-friendly beaches, Worthing
The good news is, most of Worthing’s beaches welcome dogs! That said, there are some seasonal restrictions to be aware of.
From May 1st to September 30th, pups are not permitted on the beach between Splash Point rocks and Heene Road. Over in Goring, they’ll need to stay off the sand (or pebbles) between the launch ramp at Seafield Avenue and the ramp at Worthing Sailing Club.
Outside of these areas, furry friends are free to run, play, and join the seaside fun! To make sure it stays this way, keep your pooch pal under control at all times, pop them on the leash to use the promenades, and remember to clean up after them.
These rules were accurate at the time of writing, but it’s always best to double-check the latest updates on the Worthing Council website before heading out.
